Collapse messages into the system prompt and render template variables. create_opencode_handler stays agent-only. This does not change who evaluates the AI Config. Co-authored-by: alexis <alexis@launchdarkly.com>

Closing this. Turnkey will use a new agent config, and vega-base-prompt stays a completion config for the Go path. Template rendering for agent instructions is #182. |

vega-base-agent, withcreate_opencode_handler. Rendering agent instructions is the stacked PR on #179 (cursor/opencode-render-instructions-d425). This completion route is not part of that stack.vega-base-promptstays completion mode for the Go path.Decision
